Paragon wanted to share their insights into what consumers really want from customer comms.

The approach

An engaging piece of social content, focused on the benefits of optimising comms channels for success. We created a simple and effective interactive PDF, allowing the user to discover the benefits with supporting stats and key insights.

The outcome

An informative interactive PDF that highlights the significant benefits of a delivering a joined-up customer journey, from lower costs, deeper insights, customer choice, responsive customers, and improved sustainability. To support the promotion of the interactive PDF, VA produced a supporting social animation.
